The 11 essential oils contained in the kit offer us a wide variety of uses:
Lavender, PanAway, Lemon, Di-Gize, Incense, Copaiba, Mint, Purification, R.C, Thieves, StressAway.
The substitution oils are: Tea Tree, AromaEase and CitrusFresh. In case there was not
stock of one of the first 11 essential oils is replaced by the most similar in use of
these three.
Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender essential oil is very versatile. Some of its uses are:

Lemon essential oil

In the morning you can add one or two drops of lemon essential oil to tea or a glass of water. This helps the body to eliminate toxins and regulate the ph and start the day with energy.
The essential oil of lemon is also useful to relieve the heaviness of stomach after meals and facilitates healthy digestion.
Mixture of Di-Gize essential oils
Di-Gize is a blend of essential oils of tarragon, ginger, mint, fennel, lemongrass, anise, juniper and patchouli.

The main objective of this oil is to improve the abdominal discomfort generated by the process of digestion. It helps with heartburn, heavy digestion, nausea, flatulence, constipation or diarrhea.
It seems contradictory that at the same time it is useful to relieve
diarrhea and constipation, but we must remember that essential oils seek to balance our body, and in this particular case Di-Gize acts mainly on the digestive system.
Its use is very simple. Dilute 2-3 drops of Di-Gize in 5-6 drops of vegetable oil and massage the
abdomen with circular movements in a clockwise direction.
Incense essential oil
The incense essential oil has anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory, sedative and immunostimulant properties among others.

Because incense is very beneficial for sensitive skin, and helps to soothe irritated skin it can be used after shaving. In this case 1-2 drops of incense essential oil are placed in about 3 ml
of V-6 oil and applied as if it were an aftershave.For this use it can
be mixed with lavender essential oil, leaving the mixture: 3ml of V-6 + 1g of lavender + 1g of incense. It will remain well hydrated and without discomfort or dryness or tightness.
This mixture can also be used as anti-wrinkle and anti-aging for the skin.
Copaiba essential oil
This essential oil is a powerful anti-inflammatory and very good for relieving pain.

Mixture of essential oils R.C.
R.C is the abbreviation in English of "Respiratory Congestion" (Respiratory Congestion).
R.C is composed of the essential oils of eucalyptus globulus, eucalyptus
radiata, eucalyptus citriodora, myrtle, pine, marjoram, cypress, mint
and black spruce.
RC is a mixture of essential oils designed by Young Living for the purpose of supporting the respiratory system against colds, nasal congestion,
respiratory infections, mucus ... as it helps clear nasal and pulmonary
congestion, helps to expectorate mucus and has antiviral and antibacterial properties.

Mixture of essential oils Purification
Purification is a mixture of the simple oils of citronella, lemongrass, lavandin, rosemary, tea tree and myrtle.

It is very useful to clean and refresh the air in the rooms. For this it is enough to add 3-4 drops of Purification to the diffuser and put it to work. In addition to freshening up the atmosphere and giving a "clean feeling", it will eliminate bad odors. As a freshener it is great, especially in homes where we have pets or smokers.
It also acts as a mosquito repellent. What's more, if we apply a drop of Purification in a mosquito bite, we will immediately notice relief!
Another use for which Purification is effective is to eliminate acne-like pimples. In this case we will apply a drop on the grain at least once a day until
it disappears, better at night to avoid exposure to the sun.
Blend of essential oils Thieves
The essential blend Thieves is based on research conducted on French
perfumers of the fourteenth century who stole the victims of the Black
Death protected with a mixture of aromatic herbs among which were
rosemary and cloves.
The studies affirmed that this mixture was useful to stimulate the immune system and the good state of health.
YoungLiving offers us Thieves, based on these researches and composed of essential
oil of clove, cinnamon bark, lemon, rosemary and eucalyptus radiata.
